Shift and change need time. As an example, if we take weight, it didn’t take a day to put excessive weight. In most cases, it took months, if not years. So, we can’t expect losing weight to happen overnight. The same applies to decluttering one’s house - it probably took years to collect lots of items that are never used and need to be let go of, so decluttering a space also takes some time.
Here’s another explanation from a maths nerd: 9 weeks = 63 days, which makes it perfect 3 cycles of 21 days - a sacred number for implementing change (I am sure you’ve heard that it takes at least 21 days to form a habit, and even though, it usually takes longer, 21 is considered a sacred number and the bare minimum).
Also, since this is a coaching program based on numerical psychology in which we identify 9 energies, we need 9 weeks to implement the whole protocol.
