Here is the thing, guys: a healthy lifestyle doesn't equal constant sacrifice, deprivation, or the misery of having ONLY chicken breast with rice and broccoli (I would have gotten seriously depressed on such a meal plan 😂).

We all know the physical basics of weight loss: exercise and nutrition, essentially creating a calorie deficit, and sleep. Anyone who’s struggled with losing weight or building muscle could probably write a thesis on the subject.

But what rarely gets talked about is the mental and energetic work required: identifying and clearing the inner saboteurs, emotional blocks, and—most importantly—the root cause, the void we fill with unhealthy choices (food, including sugar and junk food, various forms of addictions, toxic people, or promiscuity).

Once you start clearing those layers, it is much easier to find your “why” and have fun—the most important component to a long-term, sustainable success.
