ABOUT EKAA FOUNDATION

EKAA (previously known as the California Hypnosis Institute of India or CHII) is the first and only ISO 9001: 2008 Certified Hypnotherapy Training Institute in India. In 2011 EKAA started operating in Dubai via the local well-being center, Illuminations, bringing hypnotherapy, its trainings, and services to the Middle East. EKAA courses are affiliated with the International Medical and Dental Health Association, TASSO UNIVERSITY HOLLAND, and various bodies in the US and UK, allowing individuals to practice in over 23 countries.

I started my journey with EKAA as a student of first Clinical Hypnotherapy and then Tasso. And since it has been so life-changing and absolutely fascinating for me, I have decided to start spreading knowledge, too.

ABOUT THE INTEGRATED CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY

Integrated Hypnotherapy is based on the integrated approach by bringing our awareness to the link between our thoughts, emotions (energy in motion), energy, and the physical body. We operate through 4 bodies or 4 levels of existence:

  • Thoughts that control our causal body
  • Emotions that control our astral body
  • Energies that control the body of our chakras/auras.
  • Physical body/perceptive reality that controls our brain.

This approach allows us to achieve results much faster and on all levels of our existence.

In EKAA's program, you will learn the following:

  • Classical hypnotherapy to work with the subconscious mind
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping for emotional release through tapping the meridians)
  • Basic NLP
  • Cognitive Therapy
  • Inner Child Work
  • Age Regression and Age regression Therapy
  • Past Life Regression, Journey of the Souls, Higher Self Therapy
  • Guided Breathwork
  • Energy Diagnosis through crystal healing, chakras diagnosis
  • Rhythmic Relaxation Technique (RRT)

ABOUT LEVEL 1 – BASIC INTEGRATED HYPNOSIS

Level 1 is the entry level of the program and gives you the basics. And even though it is the shortest level out of 5, it covers so many tools that you can start using immediately on yourself or your family and friends.

I remember when I went through it, I couldn't help but wonder why we don't learn these things at school!

So whether you are considering doing this level for yourself to expand your horizons and learn the basics of hypnosis to implement in your own life or considering starting a new career, level 1 will change your life.

Duration: 2 days (16 hours)

Prerequisite: none - anyone, irrespective of their current occupation, are welcome and encouraged to join!

Outline:

  • A brief history of hypnosis – a recap of the evolving science of hypnosis, from its historical origins rooted in ancient tribes to the science of hypnotherapy practiced in the present day.
  • History and development of the human mind – the evolution of the human mind and its progressing shift from animal to primitive man to the development of human intellect and how this intellect affects the emotional and physical breakdown. Physiological response when faced with conflict, fear.
  • Theory of the human mind – explanation of the evolution, structure, and functioning of the human mind. The conscious and the subconscious minds and how they influence our life, including misconceptions and limitations we create.
  • Introduction to dreams –the different types of dreams we have and what they represent.
  • Theory of suggestibility (physical and emotional suggestible people): 2 types of ways in which we process information in our minds – an amazing insight based on behavioral studies which highlight how different minds based on their childhood and upbringing, process the same information completely differently. Once we understand an individual’s suggestibility, we are able to gain wisdom and insight on how to create harmony by communicating effectively in relationships by accepting the other person’s perspective.
  • How to hypnotize a willing participant – removing misconceptions, addressing core issues, building rapport for further therapeutic application
  • Addressing issues such as self-esteem, self-confidence, stress management, goal achievement, and concentration
  • Suggestions-based therapy – how to plant positive suggestions in mind to reverse negative thoughts, emotions, and belief systems.
  • Self-hypnosis - an amazingly quick and simple tool for a personal daily use
