Let’s Make 2026 The Year of Discipline (and Here’s How)

Happy New Year! Is it me, or does it feel as if it’s been more than just two weeks? Usually, I share my perplexity about how time flies and how I can barely catch my breath, but this year feels different :)

Discipline
That being said, I have decided that 2026 will be the year of discipline and focus!
You see, when life throws chaos, emotions, uncertainty, or fatigue at you, discipline is the pillar that keeps you grounded instead of reactive.

Discipline is the anchor, and it can be trained.
Most people think discipline comes from motivation. It doesn’t.
It comes from structure + repetition + the subconscious.

I was listening to an episode of "The Diary of a CEO" podcast with Chris Williamson as the guest, and Chris identified the following habits with the highest ROI:
1. No phone in the bedroom
2. Walk in the morning
3. No alcohol for 6 months
4. A 10-min walk after each meal
#1 on the list has been my biggest challenge for years, so it is time to overcome it!:)
Do you have any habits or changes you intend to make this year?

How
I am sharing the secret I’ve been using for the past four years for discipline — The $1 Million Mental Game.
This 5-minute daily practice is like a magic kick in the butt that helps me get my act together whenever I feel scattered, unproductive, or misaligned.

Based on the theory of the mind, this simple system:
– stabilizes your focus
– enhances your productivity
– and keeps you moving forward even on hard days

And the bonus?
It can be applied universally to any intention, goal, or desire — from losing weight and increasing income to moving to a new place or finding love. And while focusing on a specific area of life through discipline, you will improve your life in all domains at large.

If discipline is something you want to embody, not fight with, while keeping your eyes on the prize (your intention), then you should get access to The $1 Million Mental Game workshop.

Wishing you a magnificent year,

Zara
