So, I have overcome a ton of insecurities, laziness, and excuses, and started a podcast. Not sure if it would be interesting for people to tune in (luckily for my parents, their English won't suffice for even them to be forced to listen to it), but at least I'm taking the leap.
Like so many of us, I have seriously contemplated starting a podcast for quite some time. But just like it took me around 1.5 decades to enter the stock market (don't get me started on the Bitcoin game), I am late by probably 3 years, if not 5. But as the old saying goes: better late than never!
Why Stillness of Heart?
I originally planned to call this podcast Wellness 360, because I wanted to talk about all aspects of wellbeing — not just physical health, but mental, emotional, energetic, and even financial wellness. But last Friday, as I was walking home after a gym session, something shifted. I was listening to Stillness of Heart by one of my favourite musicians, Lenny Kravitz, and it suddenly hit me: this is the perfect title.
Not just because I adore Lenny Kravitz on many levels, but because the phrase stillness of heart captures what I aim to offer as a therapist. My work is about helping people find inner peace — not the superficial, feel-good-for-a-moment kind, but the deeper clarity that comes from real insight. Sometimes that peace arrives through difficult reflections, uncomfortable truths, or emotional release. But that journey toward stillness is exactly what transforms.
And that’s why the podcast isn’t called Wellness 360 anymore.
It’s called Stillness of Heart — because that’s the destination I want to guide you toward.
And then I asked ChatGPT how it would interpret that phrase, and here's what I got:

“Stillness of heart” is one of those phrases that looks simple but carries a whole universe inside it.
Here’s a layered interpretation that touches psychology, spirituality, and everyday life — so you can use it in writing, coaching, or meditation.
1. Emotional Meaning: The Heart Without Turbulence
Stillness of heart means your inner emotional waters are not in storm mode. Not numb, not detached — simply undisturbed.
It’s the moment when: you feel everything, but nothing overwhelms you; you’re rooted in yourself; emotions pass through you instead of defining you.
2. Spiritual Meaning: Alignment With Your True Self
The heart is the seat of intuition and soul wisdom. Stillness of heart means your inner voice becomes audible because the noise has stopped.
It’s being guided rather than reacting, feeling safe within your own energy, recognising truth without effort.
3. Relational Meaning: Love Without Chaos
Stillness of heart also means love that isn’t frantic, anxious, or searching.
It’s a calm connection, a sense of “I don’t need to chase — I attract”, loving without losing yourself.
4. Practical Meaning: Responding Instead of Reacting
A still heart shows up in daily life as clarity before speaking, not taking things personally, and controlling your state instead of being controlled.
5. Metaphysical Meaning: A Heart in Harmony With Its Path
Stillness of heart = the soul’s software running without glitches. Crisis creates noise; healing creates stillness.
The Essence:
Stillness of heart is the state where nothing inside you fights with what is. It’s peace, clarity, and truth living in the same space.

Anyhow, let's see where this new venture takes me and how long I will last for:) but if there is even only a few of you who could benefit from what I am planning to share along the way, it will not be in vain!
So, let's begin,
With love,
