Are you ready for a vibrant, thriving, and blissful second half of 2025?Can you believe it? Just like that, we’re already halfway through 2025. So much has been happening around the world recently, and at times, it might feel like everything is falling apart.
But please—don’t despair.
I am sure that astrologers have a lot to say about why this is happening. From the
numerical psychology perspective, 2025 is a
general year 9. That means we are collectively entering a phase of closure—letting go of what no longer serves us as a global community.
I feel very hopeful about the second half of 2025—by October or November, we’ll begin to feel a real energetic shift. So, hang in there as we are collectively preparing for a new 9-year cycle that begins next year—one filled with fresh energy, new opportunities, and the chance to rebuild on a higher, more conscious level. By the way, if you’re curious about the energy of your
personal year, month, or day, you can get
Calenergy.app to align with planetary energies and use them to your advantage
(“The planets rule the ignorant. The wise rule the planets”).
However, if you're feeling anxious for whatever reason, here’s a gentle reminder that we can’t control global processes or other people’s behaviour, but
we can control our reactions to various life events and circumstances and work on bettering ourselves --
“Do what you must, come what may.” And to support you with that, I’ve uploaded a few new and completely free videos to my
YouTube channel:
- Three Tools to Help You Harmonize Your Life
- Energy Exchange and Cord-Cutting Meditation to help you cleanse your space from other people’s energy and their influence on your life
- And, of course, my personal old-time favourite and highly recommended to all my clients – The Kundalini Workshop
I’ve also shared my thoughts in my recent blog posts on
what it means to be a holistic therapist (it turns out that many people still have a limited understanding of what this work involves and what one may need to look for in a therapist) and something personal on
how insecurities and self-criticism have been slowing my life.
Let me know if these posts resonate with you.
Have a memorable and thriving second half of 2025,
With love and appreciation,
Zara
